KURE 365 strives to ship all packages within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed and paid, but we have been known to process orders sooner depending on the time of day the order is received. We use the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail which typically ships to you in 1-3 business days with the exception of some holidays.
If you would like to request other mail speeds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please fill out the contact form with your special request before placing your order, including what you intend to order and we will get back to you ASAP with rates.
For now, we only ship within the United States.
Please be sure to check your shipping address for accuracy. If a package is returned to us due to an error in an address or not picking up the package from a PO Box within the guidelines of the US Postal Service, you will be responsible for reshipping cost.
Due to the nature of our handmade soap, our products are unable to be resold if returned and therefore prevent us from accepting returns. We list all ingredients on our orders to best help our customers decide which bars are for them.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for shipping orders that have already shipped. This includes orders that have already been sent, returned, refused or sent back.
Damaged and Lost Orders
If you have a damaged or lost order, please contact us immediately.
Lost orders happen. Please wait 5-7 days past the expected deliver date to ensure your order is not lost in the mail. Please have your order information and tracking number available when contacting us so that we may better assist you.
Order Changes and Cancelations
At KURE 365 we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, sometimes within hours of receiving your order. Because we process orders quickly, please make note of the following.
To make a change, KURE 365 must receive your change within one hour of your order placement.
All orders cancelled after packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your order has already had a US Postal Service label printed, we are unable to refund your shipping cost as it means that shipping has already been paid. It's very important that you contact us immediately to cancel the order to avoid loss of shipping fees.
